It's time to dismantle the barriers of shame and stigma, ensuring everyone feels safe to speak their truth and seek the help they need. This podcast is more than just a platform—it's a movement to spark change, spread awareness, and inspire action within families, friendships, and communities.

yo, yo yo. What's up everybody. It's your boy, anthony. Welcome to another edition of Speed the Podcast. What's going on, everybody? So I've been gone for a couple months.
Speaker 1:I do apologize about that. I'm back in school. I'm back in school and so juggling with a lot of school work at the moment. So at the moment I'm not going to be releasing any new episodes at the moment. I'll be back in a in about a month or two, just trying to juggle a lot.
Speaker 1:So it's kind of difficult, you know it's kind of difficult doing, you know, trying to keep up with the podcasting as well as school, as well as work and a whole bunch of other stuff, just trying to navigate and being a little stretched thin. So I'll be back. Of course I'll just be promoting, you know, other episodes and stuff like that. So you make sure y'all check out past episodes and everything. I will release a new episode soon. So I don't have a specific date. I did advertise that I was going to be releasing last month but that didn't happen. But I will be releasing it soon. But y'all bear with me. I do apologize again. But again, thanks for all the support. I just wanted to update on what's going on and I'll see you guys soon. Okay, all right, bye y'all. Thank you, bye.
