Good evening everyone and welcome to SPADE The Podcast! For the whole month of May, I decided to present a series of Facebook Lives on various mental health topics. Due to editing difficulties, I was unable to upload all of the Facebook Live episodes this month. But don't worry, the remaining episodes will be available in June.
